Sagrado is the vestment arm of Morph Sagrado Venture Inc. (MSVI), a Philippine corporation. When we say "Sagrado," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we refer to MSVI operating through the Sagrado brand at sagrado.morphtechinc.dev.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details when placing an order. We also collect measurement data for made-to-order vestments. When you use our AI assistant Ethan, conversation history is stored to provide personalized assistance. We use cookies for authentication and session management.
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders, communicate about orders and deliveries, provide customer support through our sales team and Ethan AI, send order updates and tracking information, improve our products and services, and comply with legal obligations under Philippine law.
Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV. PayMongo handles payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. We only retain transaction references for order tracking.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff (admin and sales roles). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (PayMongo) to complete transactions, courier services for delivery, and Anthropic Claude AI for the Ethan chat assistant (conversation messages only, no payment data). All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and data, object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
